Fastest check in ever. Friendliest staff ever. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Very professional and sincere. Close to BTS, but Hotel staff drove me to BTS instantly. Hot water good, air con good. Overall, excellent. Cannot recommend highly enough

Friendly and helpful staff, quit area, clean rooms, cold air-con (i like it the most), dish washer, microwave, wifi, washing machines, room service and cooler at the entrance for drinks, not fancy but it’s great 👍🏻

Overall, my stay exceeded my expectations. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a prime location made for a memorable trip. I highly recommend this hotel and I will certainly be returning in the future!A Wonderful

good strong stable wifi good location - albeit a bit off the main road and some drivers will refuse to go in so you are not drop in front of the hotel shuttle service to bts room is clean despite quite old and would do a bit of renovation

Location if you need to be in sukhumvit area. Staff were friendly. Comfortable bed with lots of cushions.
